The location of this place is fantastic and situated in a wonderful part of the city.

Clean place accompanied by nice staff. Hospitality from the whole staff. Very very good breakfast, a huge variety of meals. Great and awesome location, a few steps away from everywhere...

Location: the hotel was close enough to Vatican & city centre and affordable and delicious eateries. Local fast food option Sarap was 10 minutes walk away: D

Had a kitchen to use, and the room had air conditioning to keep cool. Plus, there was a private bathroom to use! 🚿.

Our room was equipped with everything we needed: central heating to stay cozy, a fancy flat-screen TV with plenty of channels, and a handy mini fridge bar to keep our drinks cold. 📺

My room was nicely decorated, clean, and had a super comfy bed along with a private bathroom that had some awesome views. the breakfast they served was really tasty. 🌟

The location of this property is incredible, right next to the Vatican with lots of nearby eating places. Alessandro, the host, was great with helpful tips and ideas, and even arranged tickets to the Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museum. Letizia, who set out breakfast every morning, was also very helpful and made our stay comfortable.

This hotel is a gem! Not only is it located near the Vatican, but it's also a short walk to the city center. The rooms are cozy and clean, with very comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The staff is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Plus, the breakfast is absolutely delicious with a variety of cakes that are simply mouthwatering.

I recently stayed at a lovely bed and breakfast in a great location near St Peter's and the Vatican. The room was cosy and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes and excellent coffee. The staff, especially Monica and Alessandro, were friendly and attentive, providing us with a map and recommendations for lunch and dinner. They even went above and beyond by preparing an early breakfast for us when we had an early tour. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

It would have been nice to have more variety, like croissants. This was the only downside of our stay.

We also appreciated the little touches, like the free water in the fridge and the coffee and fruit in the shared kitchen area.

That the bathroom felt a bit dated. Everything was functional, but it could have used a more modern update.
